Our Hiring Process at CVE is designed to find dedicated individuals who are ready to make a difference in the asbestos and abatement industry. This brief overview will walk you through the key stages of our hiring process, giving you a clear understanding of what to expect when applying with CVE.
To kick off the hiring process, submit your application or resume through our website or job posting. This gives CVE a first look at your experience, certifications, and interest in joining the team!
Once applications or resumes are received, our hiring managers carefully reviews qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role. This step helps identify candidates who meet the core requirements and are ready to move forward with the next stages of the hiring process.
If the application or resume meets requirements for the job, a phone interview will be scheduled. This conversation will help the hiring managers learn more about a candidate’s background, availability, and interest in the position.
Qualified candidates will be invited to an in-person interview at one of our CVE locations. During this interview, the hiring managers will discuss the role in detail, review the candidate’s experience and certifications, and the candidate will have opportunities to ask questions and get a better understanding of the team, culture, and what it’s like to work in the asbestos and abatement industry. This step helps ensure the right fit- for both you and CVE.
After all interviews are completed, our hiring managers will thoroughly review each candidate’s qualifications, interview performance, and overall fit for the role. Candidates may be asked to come back for a second in-person interview. Once a decision has been made, candidates will be notified of the outcome regardless of the decision as soon as possible. If selected, an offer letter will be sent along with the next steps for onboarding!
