CVE Demolition was chosen to demolish the iconic Indian Motorcycle Factory in Gilroy, CA. This factory was the home of where the Scout, Spirit, and Chief models were produced. Our scope of work was to demolish the 154,000 square foot factory and remove the 274,000 square foot pad and parking lot. Many people showed up during this project to watch from a distance as a piece of history was demolished. We demolished the entire structure and lot to dirt and had it ready for new development.
